This 40T remote-controlled electric mover trolley is a heavy-duty, battery-powered material handling device designed for moving and positioning large machinery, molds, dies, and industrial equipment with precision and minimal effort. Boasting a traction capacity of 40T and a rated load of 20T, it easily transports extremely heavy objects in factories, workshops, warehouses, and production lines. Driven by four-wheel drive and two 1500W frontal fixed motors, it operates at a safe walking speed of 6–10 m/min and runs on a 48V system with a large 100Ah battery, delivering 4–5 hours of continuous work on a single charge (54.6V charging, 8A charging current). It is controlled by an included industrial wireless remote with two-way control, allowing the operator to stand clear and steer the load accurately around obstacles. The unit features a rotating turntable on top for load swiveling and comes with two auxiliary nine-wheel support carts for balanced, stable load distribution. Measuring 900 × 800 × 200 mm and built low-profile, it slides under heavy machinery where clearance is tight, replacing manual crowbar-and-roller methods with a safer, faster, and more efficient electric solution for industrial equipment relocation, mold handling, and heavy machinery installation.
